These past few weeks have been challenging but we’re all good. A hummingbird cake in honor of an amazing person who recently passed unexpectedly. She was an incredibly wonderful person who I’m sure is in a better place.

A shirt made in honor of a week with my nephew.

Even though it’s been a bit difficult, we’re still extremely blessed. A few wedding toppers to get caught up on and then I’ll be posting some of the new stuff I brought to Renegade. And to anyone who may have come to Renegade a few weeks back and we were gone, my apologies we had to pack up early. My car was broken into so with the possibility of a rain storm coming we had to get out of the park early and into a cab before it came. We did! But I hope we didn’t miss anyone.

Some progress has been made but I think in the end, I just like how the wrapped sticks look better. So, a wrapped stick, too. This project moves fast but it’s been sidelined for the past few.

It’s a flurry inside, so much happening. Lots of new things I can’t wait to share and lots of inventory building.

Housewarming Gift Set, to turn the key, to hold the treasures and to celebrate its many blessings–a keychain, a wooden box and a beeswax candle to sit in a handpainted house. Packaged in a gift can which must be opened with a can opener.

Matchstick Men for some type of birthday greeting, need to finalize the packaging. Clay heads, beeswax dipped “flame” hats and faces individually stamped.

Pegs for an artwork display kit with string and pegs for hanging photos/pictures/artwork. Hand painted, hand drawn faces and suede blue bows.
All coming with me to Renegade in Brooklyn at the end of next week. Time to keep cracking.

Two new poster designs are at the printers and will debut at Renegade in about two weeks. There will be a ton of new stuff for sale at Renegade that still isn’t on the site since I just can’t seem to find the time so if you’re in the NYC area the first week of June, please come by!

Neighbors and Strangers Poster
A poster of various folks with a short blip at the bottom about people we will meet and the potential of those encounters.

The Pencil Poster
A poster with drawn pencils sporting various personalized from the “I like to draw. I am awesome.” pencil to “Connect your own dots.”
(Is it killing you the images are so small? A bit larger here and here. They are both bring printed at 11″ x 17″ and I can barely wait.)

Over the weekend, I made these using this crazy great origami paper from Yozo Craft here. They were inspired by Heidi, made using some wooden eggs and some blown real eggs. Using real modge podge (and not regular white glue) made this project far more relaxing.
