Art Star’s Annual Holiday Exhibition is coming up again! They ask lots of talented folks to create ornaments + holiday cards for their annual holiday event. Eventually be able to buy the ornaments online but it would be so much more fun to see them all in person at their shop in Philadelphia! (If you’re lucky enough to live in town.) I sent in ten sets of these ornaments. I realized how I personally wanted them so that was that. I printed them with my Gocco on muslin and then double interfaced them and heat set them before stitching them together. So while you can’t buy them online yet, I’ll post when they are available through their site.
I thought these would be cool on the tree but also great clipped around the house year-round. How’s that for a double duty tag team. Each set comes with one brown and one green ornament. The opening reception is at Art Star on Saturday, November 29th from 5-9 pm. Wishing it was just a tad bit closer because this weekend Sue from Giant Dwarf is having a trunk sale there! How cool is that? You can customize your very own one-of-a-kind cloche this Saturday which would be much fun!!
And then while we’re talking about the holidays, look for the last shop update of the year next week! There will be recipe review post-it pads, coloring pads, wooden wonder vanities, holiday gift tags + wrapping set and some paper present bags! All to get you gift giving folks lots of gift giving fun! I’m so excited and thanks for all the love on the blanket for my niece. The holidays are hands down my most favorite time of year. Seriously, I know lots of people loathe them but not me. I love it! It took every ounce in my being to not spill the beans on that gift when they were in town this past weekend. Every single drop of that ounce. Every last sip. But I managed to keep the secret.
